Leann Montes, FNP-C

Leann Montes FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner working with ACESO Visiting Physicians and Geriatric care.
She attended Indiana University Northwest where she received her Baccalaureate degree in nursing.

She worked for 15 years in several areas including Neuro Intensive Care, Cardiac ICU, Trauma ICU and cath lab.

She then pursued her interest in nursing graduating from Purdue University Global earning her Master’s degree in nursing. Leann is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

She and her husband reside in Crown Point, IN. She is active in her children’s school and stays busy with their athletics and activities.
