Regina Springstead, NP-C

Born and raised in Hammond Indiana, after highschool, I served 5 years in the United States Navy.

Then I went to Purdue Calumet and completed my Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Worked at Community Hospital in Munster from 2006 until 2017 when I completed my Masters Degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Purdue Northwest.

I have been working with Dr. Teodori since November of 2017.
